That’s why we’ve created a thoughtful process—starting with your choice of package, designed to honour different lives, stories, and legacies. Simply share your photos, videos, and memories, and we’ll carefully craft them into a private, digital tribute—accessible through an engraved QR code or shared online via email, WhatsApp, or social media. Order Confirmation

You receive an automated confirmation email after payment is made. This email includes a warm thank-you, a summary of what you've purchased, and a link to the next step: the memorial submission form.

Memorial Submission Form

You are directed to complete a simple online form. This form collects:

* The name of the person or pet being remembered
* A short or full biography (depending on the package)
* Photos (as per the package limit)
* Videos (if included)
* Messages from loved ones (optional or collected later)
* Colour preferences or language (if applicable)

Upload Content

You upload photos, videos, and written content directly through the form or via a secure link (like Google Drive or WeTransfer). We’ll guide you here if needed.

We Create the Tribute Page

Once received, our team build the tribute page using the chosen package.
The design is applied, colours set (if applicable), and all content is added thoughtfully.
We ensure the tribute matches the tone and care your family, friends and pets deserves.

QR Code is Engraved and Sent

The custom QR code linked to the tribute is engraved on the stainless steel plate. It is carefully packaged and couriered to your address.
You can place this on a gravestone, use it as a magnet, or store it meaningfully.

Final Tribute Link Delivered

You will receive an email when the tribute is ready and live.

You can preview the page and request any minor edits (if allowed per package).

The engraved QR code now directs friends and family straight to the tribute page—no login required.

For easy sharing, we’ll also email you a digital version of the QR code that you can send to family and friends via WhatsApp, email, or any other platform.

One-Year Follow-Up

After one year, you will receive a friendly reminder with an option to:
Renew the online tribute page (with a small annual fee based on the package)
Download content (if you choose not to renew)
Upgrade or make changes

    Your annual renewal lets the story continue to unfold. You’ll receive three complimentary updates to refresh photos, messages, or the timeline, along with priority support.
