At Thraed.life, we create each memorial tribute with care, intention, and respect for the stories they honour. Because our products are custom-made and deeply personal, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges on completed orders unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your stainless steel QR code plate arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at robbertsekarlien@gmail.com with the following details:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photos of the damaged plate or packaging

We’ll review your case with care, and if eligible, arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

Personalized Memorials

Each Thraed.life package includes a private online tribute page, accessible through a unique, engraved QR code plate. These pages are designed based on the information, photos, and videos you provide. As such, we cannot accept refunds or returns for incorrect or incomplete submissions once the page has been created.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please reach out as soon as possible. Cancellations are only possible if the tribute has not yet been created or the QR code plate has not yet been engraved.

Renewal Reminders

Your tribute page includes one year of online hosting. We’ll send you a gentle reminder before your subscription renews, so you can decide whether to continue or let the memory rest. The choice is always yours.
