Thraed.life creates personalized digital memorial pages and engraved QR code plates that allow families and friends to celebrate and remember their loved ones. Each product is made to order based on the details provided by you, the customer.
2. Ordering & Payment
When you place an order with Thraed.life, you agree to provide accurate information for the creation of your tribute page and QR code plate. Orders are confirmed upon receipt of payment, and we begin creating your tribute once all necessary details (photos, videos, biography, etc.) are submitted.
All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time, but this will not affect orders that have already been placed and paid for.
3. Refunds & Returns
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind. However, if your QR code plate arrives damaged, or if there is an error in engraving caused by us, we will gladly replace it. Please notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing us at [your email address].

4. Tribute Pages & Annual Renewal
Your tribute page is hosted securely and privately, accessible only through the unique QR code provided. After the first year, a gentle renewal reminder will be sent, giving you the option to continue hosting the page for a small annual fee based on your chosen package. If you choose not to renew, your page will be respectfully removed.
5. Privacy & Data
Your privacy matters to us. We only use your information to create your tribute and fulfill your order. We will never share your personal details without your consent. For more information, please see our [Privacy Policy].
6. Intellectual Property
All content on Thraed.life, including logos, text, and design, is owned by Thraed.life and may not be copied, modified, or used without permission. Your tribute page content, including photos, videos, and messages you provide, remains yours — we simply create and host it for you.

While we take every care in creating and delivering your product, Thraed.life is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control (such as shipping delays, load shedding, or internet outages). We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses.
