Shipping Costs

Shipping is included in the price of your order — no extra fees at checkout. We believe in keeping things simple and transparent, so you can focus on what matters most: honoring your loved one’s memory.

Shipping Time

Once your order is confirmed and all required information (photos, videos, etc.) is received, please allow approximately 10 business days for us to create your tribute and ship the engraved stainless steel plate.

Shipping Methods

We use trusted courier services to ensure your tribute arrives securely and promptly. Tracking details will be provided once your order ships.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within South Africa. If you need shipping outside South Africa, please contact us to discuss options.

Delivery Issues

If your package is lost, delayed, or damaged during shipping, please contact us as soon as possible at robbertsekarlien@gmail.com. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue quickly.
